Who we are

What data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, business email address, company name, the package you're interested in, and any message you choose to include. We do not collect payment information, and we do not use cookies or tracking beyond what Netlify (our hosting provider) may log for security purposes.
How we use your data
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about SIMRAI's services. We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you have initiated) and, where applicable, with your consent.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of your initial contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and request restriction of processing. 1. About us
SIMRAI is operated by Ethan Donaghy, trading as SIMRAI ("SIMRAI", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. Our registered business address and contact details are available at hello@simrai.co.uk.
2. Our services
SIMRAI provides AI implementation services for businesses, including the setup, configuration, and training of AI assistants (referred to as "Simone" and "Simon") built on third-party large language model technology. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins and is set out in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices shown on this website are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. A service agreement and deposit are required before work commences. The balance is due upon completion unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. All prices are in GBP (£).
4. Claude AI inclusion
Each SIMRAI service package includes one year of Claude AI access, absorbed into the service fee at no additional cost to the client. After the included period, continued AI access will be subject to the then-current pricing agreed between SIMRAI and the client. SIMRAI reserves the right to adjust this inclusion with reasonable notice.
5. The SIMRAI Guarantee
If your AI setup requires more time than the hours allocated in your chosen package, SIMRAI will continue working at no additional charge until the setup is complete to an agreed standard. Reserved hours remain available to the client after setup is complete, for future queries, adjustments, or fixes, for a period of 12 months from the completion date.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant business documents and systems, and appropriate cooperation throughout the setup process. SIMRAI cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Intellectual property
All methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed by SIMRAI remain the intellectual property of SIMRAI. The configured AI assistants, trained on your business data, are licensed to you for use within your organisation. You retain ownership of your business documents and data at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
SIMRAI's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
